Every Sailor Scout uses all of their famous attacks used in the anime and more!  Their special attacks us up "EP".  Each scout has a maximum of 12 EP.  But don't worry, there are several items that can restore EP during battle and EP gets fully restored before battle. Also, Sailor Moon can transform into Super Sailor Moon with the MoonCup1 and ditto for Sailor Chibi-Moon with MoonCup2. But they lose all their normal techs doing this.

	Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon Ah yes, the ever-so-famous meatball head, klutz, and main character of the Sailor Moon anime series. Most of the time she is all silly and dumb but she can get very serious in dangerous situations. Moon Tiara Action - one, 1EP Moon Healing Escalation - SPECIAL TECH! One ally, 2EP. Heals HP of target. Moon Spiral Heart Attack - one, 3EP Super Sailor Moon (Sailor Moon uses MoonCup1 on herself during battle) Rainbow Moon Heart Ache - all, 6EP.
	Chibi Usa/Sailor Chibi-Moon Usagi's super cute daughter from the future. Her cute personality allows her to make friends with anyone. Even my personal hero: Hotaru aka Sailor Saturn! Chibi Usa's feelings get hurt quite easily too. Pink Sugar Heart Attack - one, 4EP. Mostly useless. She has good links, though. 	Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury The brainiac of the Sailor Scouts and owner of a kick ass hand held computer. A lot of people love Amy but, sadly, her attacks are weak (unless you hack into your save state and max out her status). 	Rei Hino/Sailor Mars Rei! The super star singer and commander of the mighty flame! Also manages to help maintain a religious temple at the same time. What an amazing woman! 	Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter The toughest Inner Senshi Sailor Scout! Make one wrong move around her and she'll kick your ass so hard you'll have to look up to look down. She's also quite a nifty cook! 	Minako Aino/Sailor Venus Minako was the first Sailor Scout yet she isn't the star of the show. What's up with that? Anyway, she's a natural-born star talented in many areas and equipped with an oh so cute bow in her hair. 	Michiru Kaiou/Sailor Neptune Many people consider Michiru the coolest and most beautiful Sailor Scout. I'm one of them! She's also one of the coolest anime lesbians along with her lover Haruka. 	Haruka Tenou/Sailor Uranus Wohoo! Haruka! Michiru's masculine lesbian partner. Her masculine beauty astounds me and fills me with such non-sexual pleasure. 	Hotaru Tomoe/Sailor Saturn It's Hotaru! Hotaru! (screams and passes out like a teenage girl at a Backstreet Boys concert) I love you Hotaru! She's the Sailor Scout of Death and Rebirth. She kicks some major ass! You go Hotaru! Kick that ass! On the serious side, I just love Hotaru. All the time I see her I feel like giving her a big long hug and whispering in her ear that everything will be alright. Isn't she so cute? Oh c'mon, you just gotta admit she's cute. Death Reborn Revolution - all, 2EP. Possibly the best attack tech in the game.
	Setsuna Meiou/Sailor Pluto The guardian of time and space...  Sailor Pluto! She seems so old compared to all the other young-looking Sailor Scouts. Please don't hurt me for saying that Sailor Pluto fans! I'm not worthy! Her Time Stop attack sure is nifty. Dead Scream - one, 3EP Chronos Cyclone - one, 4EP Time Stop - SPECIAL TECH! All enemies, 12EP. Stops time for three rounds.

SUPPORTING CHARACTERS

You can't use these characters in battle.  Only the Sailor Scouts fight.  This game has tons of supporting characters!  It has the usual ones like Mamo Chan (Darien), Luna, and Artemis.   It also has Molly, a servant of Queen Beryl, the rocker guy, the guy that can see into future from the rainbow crystal episodes, and much much more!!  I purposely left out many other characters because I don't want to spoil it all for you.  You'd be very surprised to see some of the characters that make an appearance in this awesome game.  This web page's background spoils some more of them for you.

THE ENEMY

These characters are most of the main enemy.  I purposely left out many other enemies.  But why do they resemble the Sailor Scouts?  Who are they?  What is their purpose?  Muahaha!  I won't tell you.  You're gonna have to play this awesome game to find out all the deliciously juicy details.
